When it comes to shapers, Kelly Slater says: “I’ll work with anyone.” Stab recently jammed with Kelly while he was down at Haleiwa testing out some shapes and a new inflatable vest. He talked Slater Designs, where it’s at, where it’s going, and more. And, why the vest testing? You’ve seen the footage of him at Jaws, but perhaps didn’t know that while he didn’t turn up for Todos, he did accept a slot in the event there – which could mean we’ll see The King stepping into the big wave arena more frequently.
