We’ve made it through heats one, two and three, which means it’s time to crown the first every champion of Stab Squared presented by Oakley.

While Kanoa, Jordy and Filipe have shared the world stage together since 2016, somehow they have never competed against one another in a three-man heat… that is until today. Despite Kanoa’s tardiness (which nearly earned him an interference), he managed to come correct with the overt confidence we’ve come to expect from Japan’s Olympic poster boy. Being the veterans that they are, Jordy and Filipe were unphased by young Kanoa’s claim as ‘the favorite’, while our host Danny Johnson reeled off the five questions that would decide our victor.

We’ve covered a lot of ground over the course of Stab Squared, asking the tough questions such as: Which ‘CT surfer’s dad is famous for surfing in hot pants? and What did Julian Wilson get tattooed on his finger and why? The final is no different other than the fact that we’ve added more hard hitting inquiries like that above, including one submitted by Stab Premium member Jim Finley that wound up stumping not one but two of our finalists.

So, who will be crowned the inaugural champion of Stab Squared presented by Oakley? Click above to find out…
