Turn around
If you asked us – self-proclaimed arbiters of surf cool – how much longevity the GoPro had in surfing, we’d have said a year, maybe two, max. But, don’t we have soft-boiled on our face. Each week, we are surprised with a new angle, a new direction and new surf clip to shake our minds. While it’s exciting to share another man’s tube and see what he saw, it sure makes you question your own existence. You mean, you rode perfect barrels while I was sitting a desk? You stood tall in the dreamiest of conditions while I hopped to the shore for a windscreen wiper put-there? Anyways, this is a compilation by Alex Gray, a fun look at surfing’s most difficult trick: the look back in the tube. Let’s hear it for Seth Moniz, Anthony Walsh and Alex Gray for their fine work here.
