This Almost Ended Badly

Leave it up to Mason Ho and Sheldon Paishon to intensify a small day at Makaha Beach. The boys took the mellow sets and brought them to life with some exemplary tandem surfing. I wouldn’t be surprised if they rode a tandem bike home and worked on their synchronized swimming routine later that evening.

My favorite part of this clip is the taming of the backwash. For most, backwash ends with destruction and bruised ankles. For Mason and Sheldon, perfectly timed backwash serves an extra boost, like a Super Mario Brothers Double Jump.
