The recently confirmed rumors that Kelly’s wave tank will return to next year’s CT have, unsurprisingly, brought out the usual critics from their slumber.

Meanwhile, version 1.0 in Central California hosted a special Snapt project featuring Mason Ho, Clay Marzo, Parker Coffin, and the creative input of Robbie Crawford.

Parker draws technically immaculate lines, Clay does things that no one but Clay seems to be able to do, and Mason surfs like that kid who stays up all night dreaming up turns and body positions that would only make sense in a neurodivergent brain, yet he pulls them off naturally.

The whole display of flair and ability could bend a purist into a wavepool evangelist. Come on in, but leave your climate change activism at the main gate.
