Points To Be Deducted From A Surfer Who Claims Their Wave In Stab High

Stab High Rule: Up to 15 points might be deducted from any surfer’s completed ride if they claim the wave.

Our surf contest held in the space above the lip will be scored on a 0-100 point basis. This is one rule that Maui flyboy, Matt Meola is not fond of. Remember when he lost the Best Maneuver honors at the SURFER Poll in 2015 partly because he threw his hands up and did not completely ride out of the his Spindle Flip 540?
