Billabong’s Adventure Division, including Ryan Callinan, Joel Parkinson, Laura Enever, Jai Glindeman, Micah Margieson, and Lennix Smith, rolled the dye on a last-minute trip down south. As the clip above suggests, they couldn’t have picked a more appropriate time to pull the trigger. 

A mutant right-handed shelf quickly washed away any fear the crew had of getting skunked. Just how heavy was it? Ryan Callinan, a trained Karate assassin, broke two boards in a single session. Then Laura Enever gave him a lesson in wave selection.
