 To be considered a full-fledged surfer, you must have a loose grip on the fundamentals. Sure, an air-revo is impressive, but if you can’t ride a wave over ten feet, properly navigate a board over seven feet, or cross-step a longboard, you’ve still got some disciplines to master. 

Despite spending the last ten-plus years riding standardized Mayhem shortboards on tour, our Acid Test female protagonist Coco Ho hasn’t forgotten her roots. Courtesy of Go-Pro, the Hawaiian queen, gives us a crystal clear POV tutorial on footwork—or, as Coco likes to call it, “feet work.”
