Chapter 11 Presents: Shit Waves Hawaii

At this point, the title Shit Waves feels more like a historical footnote than an accurate descriptor. The series has moved on. Very few shit waves in this particular YouTube snap-off — unless you count the repeated thrill of people fading each other. Shit, just of a different kind.
This episode — the first to abandon the usual numbered format in favour of a geographical tag — sees CH11 open-mouth the Hawaiian winter.
It features fewer of the usual names and more cultural co-stars. The North Shore winter just passed was defined by unwelcome Pipeline spawn, fractured vertebrae, and swells persuasive enough to pry Albee Layer from his chosen rock for the first time in a decade.
This one, however, wasn’t filmed last season. It was shot in the lead-up to Eithan Osborne’s profile film, Skinny Meat Head.
As the CH11 IG description puts it: “We filmed this while on the rock for Eithan’s profile film. Enjoy a short documentary of the chaos.”
