Tom Carroll comes clean about Ice Addiction

Something you probably didn’t know about Tom Carroll: He used to be an ice addict. Meth’s a hell of a drug as far as addictive qualities go, and Tom ain’t the first, nor the last, pro surfer to fall victim. But he’s certainly the most accomplished. Two time world champ-turned big wave chaser, and still-owner of the most committed turn ever seen at Pipe. All done while fighting (and hiding) an addiction. Tom just came clean on Australian current affairs program 60 Minutes, and the show brims with sad, insightful, moving and engaging moments. Brother Nick has some great input, too.
