Extra Cuts from Red Bull Decades

All photos and captions by Tom Carey The first episode of the new Red Bull Decades series dropped last week and Stab really dug it. Earlier this year, Red Bull took four of their best surfers, Julian Wilson, Kolohe Andino, Jamie O’Brien and Ian Walsh to Tahiti, and brought along four of the most iconic boards in surfing’s history. Episode one was the Greg ‘Da Bull’ Noll Elephant Gun, which the crew rode in small waves but still managed to light up on. Jamie’s stalling and slide-slipping through a mini-barrel was amazing. And while the other episodes will drop over the coming weeks, we wanted to serve up some side dishes from the trip. Tom Carey, gifted lenswizard, was along for the ride and brought back memory cards brimming with frames. Too many to make into a magazine, but also too good to waste.
