The value of real estate on the North Shore has soared in the past decade, and has yet to reach its zenith. In 2016, John bought the home for a cool $4.6mil. The previous owner paid $3.5m in 2012. At the start of the 21st century, the same home was sold for $2m.

John’s spot is on the market today for $5.3m and Zillow has given it the Zestimate of $5,273,963. The young 2x World Champ, if sold for the asking price, is set to make $700k off his 2016 investment.
