Rohan Annesley, room to move, WA
Rohan Annesley sure has his work cut out for him in the above scene. Take a look at the turbulence on the inside, sending shockwaves through the face and extending way back into the corner pocket. After driving around all morning with nothing to show for it other than a few more clicks on the odometer, photographer Jamie Scott was relieved to stumble upon such madness. “I got a few texts from the lads saying they had found a heaving right-hand beach break and to get there ASAP,” says Jamie. “I bolted to the place and swam out. A few bombs were missed out there and a lot of beatings went down but Rohan found this one and we linked up pretty well. He always seems to get the best ones somehow. Gotta love winter.”
