Noa Deane slobs his twin fin, northern NSW
“This was on the weekend, yet another lay day,” says lensman Shane Fletcher of this rather huge slob that Noa Deane’s throwing. Not that a lay day really matters for Noa since he isn’t in the event (or any other, ever, for that matter), but the holding pattern has its impact on any fan of watching good surfing. “Noa and I grabbed a coffee early and linked up with (Josh) Kerrzy. Typical lay day grind. Everyone was out on the hunt. We bumped into Dane (Reynolds) and a few others all on the check program – it seemed like most people were heading south so we just settled here at the pier and got wet. It was kinda crowded but it was fun and the boys got a few. Noa rode this twinny but was still doing his thing.” His thing, being jumping as high as he can.
