Jamie O’Brien and friends, party wave at Waimea Bay
Jamie O’Brien isn’t the kind of gent who, despite knowing he has to surf the final of the Pipe trials and battle for a spot in the main event – which could be tomorrow – takes it easy on the lay days. Case in point, this morning he gathered his fabulously motley crew of fellow Pipe killer Kalani Chapman, the ever-present Poopies, a fellow known only as Ruben, and more (seven in total), and paddled out Waimea on some kinda group water craft. As you’ll see from this, everyone is Gath’d and GoPro’d because 2014, and you can 110 percent expect to see this in Who Is JOB 53.6. God, we love this man’s game.
