We’ve rambled on quite a bit about what makes Dane Reynolds’ a savant in surf fantasia. 

The gestalt of sound, imagery, typeface, etc, great in its own way. His latest clip, number 012 is no different. 

“Literally, just trying to make the best of the few moments that swells trickled into our onshore fog riddled coastline this summer. Even when the conditions are shit, riding waves (is) the best thing in the world,” says Dane on his blog. 

Here are my favorite moments. Dane’s bottom turn to coiled-up wiggle [2:59]. Eithan Osborne’s boned slob [9:19]. Micky Clarke’s roundhouse to air reverse rebound [1:25]. Left hanging [6:41]. Tidbits of Venturan’s doing strange things with little context [interspersed]. 

Also, Eithan surfs real good on that snub-nose CI. Bobby quad?
