Tom Carroll and Luca Elder are back with another volume of ‘What’s Going On?’, this time testing out Channel Islands’ Dumpster Diver 2 – a flat and forgiving small-wave model Dane Reynolds described as a ‘California-centric’ hybrid of a conventional shorty and a Neckbeard.
