Bags Of Pills Wash Ashore At Lower Trestles
“I dont really want to have my kids touching that shit.”
“I didn’t find the stuff. I just saw what was happening,” Yadin Nicol tells us, regarding the baggies of pills which washed ashore at Lowers yesterday. “The Ranger was here with the lifeguards. I guess one of the local dads came down here with his young daughter. She saw all those little bags all over the beach, little black bags, and she started cleaning ’em up.
“I guess it was probably 20 or 30 black bags just scattered in the shoreline and in the rocks. I don’t really want to have my kids touching that shit, so I just posted it for parents to look out for their kids.
Yadin followed the stories with some images of fentanyl which appeared identical. Others suggested it might be Xanax.
“A bunch of people were messaging me like ‘Oh, that’s just Xanax.’ Yeah, cool man, have fun with that Xanax, lemme know how that goes,” he chuckles. “I don’t want my kids anywhere near that stuff. I dunno. It might’ve been nothing. Might’ve been something. The bags were just in the shoreline where the seaweed gets washed up. Pretty fucked up.”
