Oceanside Plays Host For Our Second Surf100 Premiere

Yesterday, we pressed go on Episode Two of Surf100 Challenge Series Presented By Pacifico for our Stab Premium members (Youtube will be fed next Thursday).

This week’s surf challenge was a WWI-style war of attrition at some rather large and chunky Blacks Beach. After the odd tube, a multitude of airs, and a close-out section death-tag by Rasta Robb, one surfer was sent home.

It was exhausting, thrilling, and all in all, worth the risk we took in driving 123 kilometers from our Surf100 base camp in Newport down to La Jolla.

Alongside the digital release, we also hosted an IRL premiere in Oceanside at Pour House. We had a healthy turnout from all around Stab’s U.S. home, presented the public with a smattering of Pacificos, and raffled off a gaggle of clothes, headphones, towels, bottles, and even the board that Crosby Colapinto guest-rode in Kolohe Andino’s Stab In The Dark.

We just didn’t tell the winner it was the Unlucky #13 board.
