On Monday, Cloudbreak was generally unruly. The winds were up, barrels were pinching and there was the occasional treasure from the coffer. The out of the noted two best waves of the day, Dane Gudang found the light and Damien Hobgood found three separate tunnels and ended up packing a not-so-friendly closeout. The big wave heavy hitters flew out for the swell: Shane Dorian, Mark Healey, Greg Long, Ryan Hipwood and Nathan Florence. Now it’s wound down, but not entirely.
