The Best Bang For Your Buck Wetsuits Of 2024
Pragmatists behold.
We rifled through suits from 11 brands for our 2024 Best Wetsuits test.
All were great, but for different reasons. A few were ultra-warm. Others were supremely comfortable. And some provided the best of both worlds.
The goal was to pick the best wetsuit, full-stop — and that we did. We did not factor price into our criteria, but we couldn’t help but respect the incredible value of some of the suits. Below, we’ll break down the three that jumped out the most on that front.
If you’re looking for a great deal, look no further. All prices in USD.

Colby+ Yamamoto Chest Zip Fullsuit
This was the lowest price suit on our list. $305 is straight-up absurd for a suit this good. All Colby+ wetsuits feature a combination of Yamamoto #39 and Yamamoto #4 neoprene — considered by many to be the world’s best. They can keep the price down by only selling direct-to-consumer and designing one-suit-per-thickness rather than a deep range. And cheers to them.

Adelio Connor Deluxe
You know those suits Chippa Wilson swears by? Yep, that’s Adelio. Warmth and flexibility are typically at opposite ends of the wetsuit spectrum, but Adelio’s Connor model provides a masterclass at designing for both. At $369, it’s a high-value all-around suit that’ll enable you to try Chippa tricks even when it’s freezing.

Feral
Make no mistake: This is a premium wetsuit. It was easily one of the best suits we tested this year. They’re ultra durable and grow increasingly comfortable with each surf. The only reason that we’re putting it into this category is that they could tack $200 onto the price and you’d still be happy you bought it. At $425, the Feral is a steal.
