Now, let’s meet: Three Blue Ducks Three Blue Ducks is a culinary institution in Sydney that paved the way for the trending wave of ‘farm to table.’ Like any savvy entrepreneurs, the boys were set up for the organic storm, and when it hit, they harnessed the breeze from their Bronte cafe and blew up to Byron Bay to open a second shop. The awesome thing about the hospitality industry is that you have a good slice of the daylight hours free. Stab did some time above the grill and riding the salt with the ducks, whose ideals suit the sustainability focus of Volcom’s new boardshort line – hence, why you’ll see these gents rolling in cuts from the new range, which features (among other things) Repreve fabric, made from recycled plastic bottles.
