You Shouldn’t Have Missed Day 1 At Stab High 

Much love to our friends in Waco and Shizunami, but Stab High (yes, presented by Monster Energy) in Sydney has been hitting different. 

Is it the wave’s fault? The section is clearly working well — thanks to our friends at Wavegarden for helping us dial it — but that’s not what’s setting this edition apart. 

Instead, it’s the fact that we’re holding this thing in a proper city. One with occasional big waves, and a proper surf scene. 

It felt good to do this in front of a crowd that was properly into it, and we hope that translates to this recap vid.
