Last night Episode 3 of Vans Stab High Non-Chlorinated Presented By Monster Energy aired on our site, FOR FREE! Since we’ve had some kinks while launching the site (way more traffic than anticipated, we fucking love you guys), we figured it would be best to avoid any more technical difficulties.

Enough chit chat, lets get down to business. What were you doing last night? Date night with the old lady? Poker with the fellas? Whatever the excuse may be for missing episode 3, don’t worry, we got you covered. With the arrival of proper air wind, the boys and girls launched at a velocity that had Elon Musk scratching his head. Recap below.

Bread Winner of the Week:

Ian Crane. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, CRANO SURF INSANO. Ian has pulled the backside stalefish from his bag of tricks before, but this time it got a makeover. Higher, cleaner, and ridiculously inverted. Stab Jefe Sam McIntosh claimed in the past that we needed bigger and uglier waves for the progression of Stab High, he was correct.

Momentum Genration 2.0:

This episode also featured a brief interview with Hawaiian surf goddess Coco Ho. She pointed at interesting fact, which may explain why the Ladybirds are progressing so quickly. They’re friends. Hanging out together, laughing, and pushing each other when it’s time to surf. A group of friends striving to become top tier competitive surfers? That should sound familiar. We’re witnessing the introduction of the female Momentum Generation.

Is Matt Meola okay?

Seriously, someone should check on him. Seems to be a few loose screws upstairs. Meola launched from an already broken lip, fully rotated, and landed flawlessly with an absolute bomb section crashing behind him. The Lonely Island was right. Cool guys do not look at explosions, they blow things up and they walk away.
