Watch: 14-Year Old Manhandle Unruly North Point
Brody Mulik is as good as we keep telling you he is.
In an interview for his recent Stab Edit Of The Year entry, Brody Mulik told us his dad started pushing him into North Point bombs when he was 11.
That was three years ago.
When we asked him if he’s ever scared out there, he answered, “I get a little bit nervous until I get my first wave. Then I get into this mode where I just start to go.”
Above, you can see him in the mode where he’s just going.
“Jack Robbo is definitely an inspiration,” says Brody. “He came from here and showed us what’s possible. It feels like everyone else doing well comes from the East Coast. I’ve surfed with him a few times at Slingshots and Gnaraloo. I really look up to him.”
Odds we see Brody donning a wildcard rashie and dismantling a few CTers at the Box in coming years?
Very possible.
