Timmy Reyes And A Session We Could Use Right Now

I don’t know where you live, but if you live anywhere near me (San Diego, CA) and are a surfer, you’re probably not too happy right now. That’s because in the last… oh, I don’t know… three weeks, and for the current extent of any long-range forecast, the waves here have been, and will be, flat.

Flat of course is a relative term, as the waves have been surfable, but after a summer of too-south south swells and nothing notable from the northern gales, we in SoCal are wave hungry. And somehow, the initiation of fall (read: autumn) has done nothing for our surfing prospects. So while America’s east coast feasts on its best run of swell in decades, we west coasters have been left with crumbs. 

Timmy Reyes, as proven by that titty jiggle at 1:59, doesn’t take kindly to crumbs. He wants the whole enchilada. So during one of those too-south south swells, Timmy headed to Mexico, where waves from the lower Lats translate to copious barrels over sand, and enchiladas. Relive his joy, above.
