Seabass Talks Training And Kauai With Complex

“I’m not trying to get huge or anything – it’s more of a finesse kinda sport,” Sebastian ‘Seabass’ Zietz tells Complex of his fitness regime. “My training, we call it ‘pre-hab’… so you don’t have to go into rehab.”

Seabass, enviably, grew up on Kauai, one of the world’s most beautiful islands. In the latest episode of The Blueprint, Complex visit Bass at home to talk pride in place and keeping tuned up for the demanding game of professional surfing.
