Mikey Wright, Leo Fioravanti and Quik Crew Up the Rad in Western Australia
Mullets, tinnies, large leaps, spins and Mikey’s ankle destruction.
Ahh, the rugged and unpredictable West Oz. The Quik crew’s been causing a ruckus while the tour was in town (can you describe the ruckus, sir?). Matt Banting blew through his whole quiver, dear Mikey Wright set new meaning to ankle breaking rotations and went home on crutches (does this surprise you?), the kid from Rome, Sir Leo Fioravanti surfed his way into the quarters leaving the names of former world champs in his wake: Adriano de Souza and King Slater. And, Wiggolly Dantas, Kanoa Igarashi and Jeremy Flores got acquainted with a toothy creature from the depths. Radical times are here my friends! Cue the mullet, tinnies, large leaps, spins, dirt roads and punchy ramps with the wind assist. What else you want?
