Recently Mick Fanning, the 3x World Champion surfer, and Henry Rollins, the actor, radio host, and ex-Black Flag frontman, sat down to chat about what makes a man tough. Specifically, Henry asked Mick about riding big waves despite being scared of them, about his impending retirement from competitive surfing, and of course about the shark incident. This talk is interesting on many levels, but one thing we couldn’t help but notice was the mutual respect between these two established gents.
