Michel Bourez and friends, Greenbush
Tahitian Michel Bourez is no stranger to the mechanics of a backside funnel. He put that knowledge to use during a recent trip to the Mentawai Islands with Nike buds Jonathan González, Nic Von Rupp and Naoum Idelfonse, when the gang scored killer Greenbush. “Everyone was expecting Greenbush to be good because we saw the map before,” says Michel. “But we didn’t know it was going to be that good.” There’s even some small-wave flair in there, too!
