Kirra: Who Wore It Best?
With Jack Freestone, Mitch Crews and Caleb Tancred.
In case you hadn’t noticed we’ve been calling the Gold Coast home for the last few weeks – and for good reason. The season’s woke; decent swell arrived, John Florence dropped in to test new craft and we’ve had Occy, Mitch Crews and Jay ‘Bottle’ Thompson giving us a guided tour for our latest About Town episode (viewing below!).
Anyway, between days tailing Gold Coast royalty through cafes, bars and carparks, the waves have been putting on a show and there’s an entourage in town for a nearby QS event. So, while we poured most of our recent clips into the aforementioned production we did have a handful that deserved more than to dissolve into the depths of a digital storage device.
Without further adieu, here’s new pops Jack Freestone, young buck Caleb Tancred and Sir Mitch Crews, threading Kirra funnels that would inspire even the most ambitious artificial wave architect.
