Kelia Moniz stars in the best wipeout you’ve ever seen

Stab simply adores Kelia Moniz. A classically-Hawaiian beauty who makes longboarding look like the world’s most elegant and enjoyable sport! She’s also hilarious and down-to-earth, which is what happens when you’re the only sister in a surf fam with four brothers. And, she dates the highly Stab-approved Mitch Crews! Yeah, Kelia ain’t hard to love. But she also charges. Recently Miss Moniz went to Teahupoo and took it on with her longboard – sans leash. After showing why she’s a multiple world longboard champ on a few waves, what later followed was perhaps the most fabulous wipeout you’ve ever seen. The slam lit up social media, with numerous ‘grams swinging props in Kelia’s direction – including Crewsy, who posted a picture of the wipeout with the caption: “When yo gal catches bigger waves than you.” She got to know the reef, too, and later needed good pal Mon Eleogram to clean her injuries with lime, which you’ll see here.
