JS Surfboards x Ferrari Is A Collab That Reeks Of Speed

A tractor and Ferrari walk into bar, fall in lust, and head home together. The rest—barring years of child support and custody disputes—is a true fairytale.

JS Surfboards are regarded as some of the most high-performance, versatile, and nimble surfboards on the planet. Their new slogan ‘Built for speed’ is apropos, given their constantly-evolving line of wicked-fast twinnies, shortboards, and HYFI designs.

Sometime in the pre-covid world, JS flew its premier Traktor-operators to URBNsurf’s Melbourne facility, where team-riders like Joel Parko, Mateus Herdy, and ol’ Rubber-Knees Egan (among others) traded cement-bottomed runners for the better part of a day.

This just so happened to coincide with a new car release from Ferrari, which led to a supremely fitting collaboration.

From the crew at JS:

All afternoon in the foreground Ferrari set up the release of their new F8 Spyder, while we ‘warmed up’ to be the 10 mins of entertainment for that night’s show. Mateus and Dusty blew minds on their HYFIs, Fred and Ramzi did the biggest turns they’d ever seen in the pool, Dingo surfed a twin better than ever, Parko couldn’t get off his new Monsta Box 2020, and Louie only went right to work on his layback tube stance.”

You can check out all of JS’s fresh foam here.
