Introducing California’s Electric-Footed Heartthrob

At Stab, we believe that the cream of the surfing world generally rises to the top through a process similar to Darwin’s natural selection.

However, we also recognize that there are outliers who occasionally fall through the cracks, leaving some elite waveriders out of the broader public view.

Earlier this week we introduced you to Australia’s Sean Mawson – a lanky, bashful bloke from Southern NSW who shocked Stab readers with his ability to maneuver a surf craft. 

“If surfing sponsorship was performance rather than image oriented, this kid would be fully stickered up. Kid kills it no question.”

“I had to rewind some of those combos. I never do that.”

Today we introduce you to California’s Kevin Schulz. His surfing is fast, loose, and with progression and style to boot. Our elementary vocab considered, we would best describe Kevin as electric in the water. 

Oh, and he’s also damn cute!
