From The North Shore to Norfolk Island
Fraser Dovell’s surfing is determined and without borders.
Fraser “Razor” Dovell is currently caught in the standard freesurfer’s dilemma. While a phenomenal surfer, he’s scratching for exposure. Something usually achievable by making a good edit. Which on its own is a daunting feat, accomplished through both determination (boring) and travelling the world with a cameraman (romantic). Thankfully, and much to our viewing pleasure, Razor manages to execute. Performing his craft with ease and refusing to stay humble while collecting passport stamps. Stacking clips from the North Shore, to Norfolk Island, to Southern Australia, the outcome is an international narrative William Finnegan might have won a Pulitzer Prize for if he was fewer parts single-fin in the 70’s and more so of the above-the-lip thruster breed.
