Canadian Apparel Co. Tries Their Hand At Surf Cinema
This is how you put the big brands on notice.
After falling victim to the great surf team cull of early 2020, Pete Devries was forced to find a major new sponsor. Seeing as there is (and I say this with zero exaggeration whatsoever) no surfer on earth who has more consistently pushed the boundaries of cold water performance, his pairing with Canadian outdoor brand Arc’teryx is a match made in heaven.
You see, surfing for Pete isn’t the same as it is for you and me. With Vancouver Island, Canada, acting as home base, Pete is often forced to dock anchor at a spot, paddle in with his gear in a dry bag, and camp for 2-3 days to secure optimal conditions. So now he’s got a steady stream of all the necessary gear.
Click in above. As always, Pete makes surfing in a 5/4 look like embarrassingly easy.
