Last year, Stab ran into Ryan Burch in Portugal, rolling through with the Volcom team—Noa Deane, Gony Zubizarreta, Will Alliotti, and photographer Tom Carey—as well as the boys from Wasted Talent, on their EuroThrash* tour through the Old World. 

While Noa and Gony traded blows at Cave, Burch put his assyms, sidecut keel fin fishes, as well as a custom Maurice Cole he’d brought for the trip, through their paces on the next slab of reef north, at Crazy Left, arching highline top turns and threading the ledgey, tricky tube sections.
