Alana Blanchard, Tyler Wright And Nikki Van Dijk In “Stuck In Reception”

Three delightful gals and a whole lot of spray.

Well, Tyler Wright’s had the year of her career, and one of the most difficult of her life. The gal couldn’t be more deserving of the world title. And dear Alana Blanchard, it seems her surfing has improved immensely. She’s moving more water than imaginable with those delicate legs and making use of the space above the lip. Then to cap off this female equation, Miss Van Dijk joins the ladies in Indo for a tutorial of how surfing can age like wine (not that Alana or Tyler are nearing the category of “old”). “Watching Alana and Tyler shred made me feel like, ‘Gosh, come on Nikki, paddle faster!” says Nik. “Surfing with those girls really pushes you. Tyler does a sick hack in front of you, or Alana speeds down the line and does an epic bottom turn… it’s awesome to see and feed off of. We don’t have a lot of times like this, so when we do it’s incredible.” So here’s a few minutes of three lovely ladies on tear. Drink it in; it always goes down smooth…unless you’re one of those jealous folks who cringe at the site of women surfing better than you.
