This year has seen Kolohe mature more, move comfortably into the top 10 and find his game in serious surf. He hasn’t silenced the critics, but he’s muzzled ’em for now. This new series is called A Moment’s Notice, and features Mr Reinol “Dino” Andino, father to Kolohe. Whether you like it or not, the father-son team is successful in surfing and will probably continue to be. From Carissa Moore to Gabs Medina to Kolohe, there is certainly a pattern of success when it works. As you know, we’ve always been very fond of Kolohe’s surfing and enthusiasm. We appreciate this series and learning more about the father-son intricacies.
