Kelly Slater hosted an Outerknown party at architect Harry Gesner’s house in Malibu on saturday night! Malibu’s vicinity to tinsel town and Kerring’s pulling power meant that the guest list featured an impressive showing of hollywood’s B-D listers (Hemsworth, Butler, Statham, Kiedis, Crawford) and even one A-lister (good evening Julia Roberts!) It was a fittingly sophisticated family eco soiree, and guests brought their families and dined on wood fired pizza in the courtyard of Gesner’s treehouse themed beachfront abode. The area was subtly decorated with canvas beach tents, Outerknown branding and boards from Firewire’s eco friendly ‘timbertek’ range. He might not be making much ground in the World Surf League this year, but Kelly Slater still tops the ratings as Hollywood’s favourite surf darling! You’re a snake in the grass ain’t you Turkish.
