Shaun White’s Being Sued: Sexual Harassment, Dick Pics And Hair?

It’s got to suck to be in the limelight today. When all the glitter settles and glory’s gleam turns to rust, all that’s left is negative press. And whether or not it’s deserved, there are millions of people out there who’ve committed or been accused of similar crimes and were convicted or are walking free unbeknownst to the world. Not to justify anyone’s actions, this is just an observation – and this article is confirmation of the opening statements.

TMZ and Deadspin, everyone’s favourite guilty tabloids, posted today that Mr White was accused of some strange and kinky, hair and faecal oriented harassment.

The ex-drummer of Shaun’s band, The Bad Things, Lena Zawaideh, according to Deadspin: White pressured her to join the band, then began harassing her—trying to control her appearance, showing her porn, and sending her sexually explicit text messages, including pictures of other men’s penises.

And according to TMZ: In new court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Zawaideh claims she was subjected to the “darker, misogynistic personality” of White during her seven years in the band.

Among the allegations, Zawaideh claims White sent her sexually explicit and graphic images of “engorged and erect penises” and forced her to watch sexually disturbing videos “including videos sexualizing human faecal matter.”

One of the videos Zawaideh claims she was forced to watch was a couple killing a bear and then having sex on top of it. 

She also claims White forced her to watch “Church of Fudge” – a hardcore porn “involving a priest, a nun and faecal matter.”

At one point, Zawaideh claims White stuck his hands down his pants, approached Zawaideh, and then “stuck his hands in her face trying to make her smell them.”

She also claims he tried to kiss her on the mouth at a Halloween party in 2010 – but she shut him down. 

In her suit, filed by attorney Lawrance Bohm, Zawaideh claims White ran the band like a tyrant – ordering her to cut her hair and wear sexually provocative outfits, despite her protests. 

She was fired from the band in 2014, after allegedly not cutting her hair. And she is suing for non-payment of her contract plus damages for the alleged sexual harassment.
