Michel Bourez Wins The 2014 Margaret River Pro

Michel Bourez just won the 2014 Margaret River Pro, in Western Australia. After taking down Nat Young in the quarters, then Mr Kelly Slater in the semis, The Spartan beat Josh Kerr in the final. It’s his first ever ASP WCT win, and given the power he unleashed on Margs all week, an absolutely deserved one. “I dreamt about this since I made the tour and just to win an event and reach that is such a good feeling,” said Michel. “I can’t wait for Bells now, I really like that wave too. It was such a tough heat out there because Kerrzy was going mad and you don’t know what to expect from him. “Now I need to relax I think.” More here.
