Laird Hamilton Sans-Clothes for ESPN’s Body Issue

Godfather of tow surfing and IRL Phoenician demi-god of beauty and desire, Laird Hamilton, and perhaps the world’s only spouse capable of balancing his unfathomable masculinity, Gabby Reece, took their clothes off for ESPN’s 2015 Body Issue. Just another day at the beach finds The Good Laird and his pro beach volleyball player gal SUP’ing the way Zeus created them. But let’s back up: For those unaware, ESPN’s Body Issue is an annual celebration of the human form at full capacity. Gaunt androgyny isn’t welcome here; It’s about athleticism. ESPN have included surfers in the Body Issue through the last few years (see below) and the only question is, where can they go from here? They have now captured nude photographs of surfing’s apex existence. Keep your eyes glued to local news stands for the issue to drop soon. Until then, dine on the image below and clip above.
