John John Announces Mysterious New Film!

There is no denying that John John Florence’s absence from the World’s Stage, both in a singlet or on the silver screen, has been thoroughly felt over the last few months, as fan’s disappointment with a lackluster start to the year was compounded by an injury sustained while getting weird in Bali, freesurfing. 

While JJF’s kept himself busy and in the water during his downtime and “recovery,” nearly blowing through the whole pack at the Molokai 2 Oahu paddle race, and seeming to be in high spirits despite sitting out the season on the sidelines…

So you can imagine there has been much speculation around just wahat, exactly, John John Florence and his Instagram alias, A Parallel Sea, are up to, with the announcement of a new film coming soon, simply called: “Space.”

No details. No obvious signals in the graphics. No hint or clue in the name. Just one word splayed over a warp-speed blur (or underwater shot of a school of baitfish?). 

Regardless, consider us intrigued. We’ll get to the bottom of this.
