Hughie Vaughan Swears Allegiance To Ritual Vision

You’d be hard-pressed to find anyone with a more well-curated few months than Hughie Vaughan.

A jaunt to Japan results in him becoming the youngest-ever winner of the Stab High pro division, then backs it up with what many are calling the finest air ever done in a wave pool at The Nines. And, for good measure, has it reposted by Tony Hawk, who names it a “stale fish flipper.” Bless his heart.

Next stop: Australia’s most-watched morning show, where he flirts with Karl Stefanovic, collects a gaggle of teenage fans, and signs with eyewear cult Ritual Vision, where he’s graced with a welcome video courtesy of Stab Edit of the Year (2022) and Film of the Year (2023) winning filmmaker Wade Carroll.

Not a bad trot.

Ritual, for their part, has been nurturing the cult’s expansion, attracting an impressive lineup of new initiates. Milla Coco Brown, Mason Ho, and Parker Coffin have all recently sworn their undying allegiance.

Watch above, and by the end, you might catch yourself involuntarily whispering yvah eht nioj.
