Globe re-signs Noa Deane, Creed Mctaggart and Brendon Gibbens
The lovely shoe co that’s brought us such joys as Strange Rumblings in Shangri-La and Year Zero has resigned Noa, Brendon and Creed. The free-loving cats all pulled in multi-year deals and they’ll continue to make sweet music with the likes of Taj Burrow, Dion Agius, Yadin Nicol, Nate Tyler, and the brothers CJ and Damo Hobgood. “We’re excited to continue our relationship with Noa, Brendon and Creed,” said CEO, Matt Hill in a recent press release. “Each of these surfers, in their own unique ways, have helped to push the envelope of high-performance surfing. Their passion, athleticism and healthy irreverence remind us of our roots as a company, and we look forward to continuing to grow with them.” “I’m very happy to be returning,” said Mr Gibbens on his cushy new deal, “surfing with this deep of a crew forces you to be on top of your game and keep pushing yourself to be better.” Mr Geiselman paused between salt water and condensation. The kid from New Smyrna Beach, Florida who spends his quality time in San Clemente, California will be a pleasure to join the crew in Globe’s next film. “Eric’s a great addition to our North American team,” said Joe G, the genius behind Globe’s cinema. “I’m looking forward to big things from him.” Eric’s one of the more underrated surfers around, it’ll be interesting to see what this new contract brings for him.
