Eithan Osborne Is Officially $100,000 Richer After Winning Surf100 California
“I would say I’m finally gonna get a good nights rest, but… I don’t think that’s gonna happen.”

When your phone service stops working because of how many people are in a small area at once… you know you’re about to have a really good time.
My phone stopped sending or receiving texts at about 7:20 PM last night — around the same time that hundreds (thousands?) of people filed into JS Garage in Oceanside and our website server overloaded with too much traffic.
After trying the old “turn it off, wait 10 seconds and turn it on again” trick, our digital servers came back up, and our stream finally went live. For those of you who tuned in online, thanks for sticking with us.
On the ground at JS Garage in Oceanside? The click and hiss of Pacificos being opened en masse drowned out the noise of any technical difficulties, as a crowd of Southern California’s finest Stab Premium members, pro-surfers, and curious locals flooded into our glorified parking lot.
At the end of the night, as you can watch here, Eithan Osborne took home highest honors, a champagne bath, a text from Kelly Slater, and an enormous yellow six-figure check.
Oh yeah, there were a few other winners last night — maybe even you. Here is our “best” judge of the night and their prize: Cody Bertrand – JS surfboard
Congrats on your keen eye — we’ll reach out with more info regarding your prizes.

The men of the evening. Eithan Osborne and Sebastian Williams were the frenemies in the spotlight last night.
CI Team manger Brent Powers and upcoming Electric Acid star Mikey Feb showed out.
Originally, it was forecasted to rain at 7pm. Thankfully, the downpour held off til midnight.
We had 1000 of these bad boys on site. By 8pm, we had to restock with another 1000.
The kids are all right.
Insane in the Crane Brain
These guys tried to trick us into believing they had Stab Premium accounts in exchange for free merch. It worked.
Blair Marlin and Sam McIntosh reveling in the spectacle.
The JS team was kind enough to host our very rowdy occasion.
The hats and T-shirts for Stab Premium members were gone before the film even started.
Two horses in the same race.
The enlarged Bobby Martinez faces were the most popular in the crowd, with Eithan coming in second.
Ian Grose, Tosh Tudor, Kalani Minihan, and Gabe Garcia came correct. Foam Balled hoodies available soon, according to the boys…
The show may have started 30 minutes late, but the seats were full the entire time.
Every paddle in was met with baited breath, and every tube was met with a cacophony of crowd noise.
Based on how fast they sold out, these brown Surf100 hats are more valuable than Supreme’s latest drop.
Smile if Jacob Szekely has ever harassed you on Instagram DMs.
You couldn’t walk anywhere without stepping on toes or crushed Pacifico cans.
Gracious in victory, gracious in defeat.
That’s the face of a man who just made $100,000
Eithan Osborne has now won Stab High, the Monster Air award, and Surf100
A feeling most of us will never know.
Dane Reynolds has played a massive mentorship role in surf-parenting Eithan to success.
