Craig Anderson joins the Huf Team
Yeah, this is news, because Craig Anderson still holds the award for breaking Stab’s search engine and because since DC bailed outta surfing Craig’s had nothing paid-for on his feet. This is a surfer who holds much heft when it comes to being an ambassador; the cliche of “gents wanna be him, girls wanna be with him” has never been truer, nor have the comparisons to guys like Rob Machado and Gerry Lopez but with more modern skillz. It’s safe to assume that Craig’s pal Dylan Rieder (who skates for the company) made the intro, for which we can be grateful, and regardless of how this most holy union came to be, we dig HUF’s vibe very much and are thrilled to see that they’ve picked up one of the world’s best surfers. Not an awful way to announce your entry into a new realm, huh?
