This evening in California, What Youth premiered Brother, a new film about Kolohe Andino. It’s a 25-minute dance around places like Portugal, California, Indonesia and West Oz, with a supporting cast of some of Kolohe’s best pals (Luke Davis, Ian Crane, Nat Young, Tanner Rozunko, Taj Burrow) and some of the best surfing you’ll see this year. It isn’t quite a profile film; more a snapshot of Kolohe at this point in time. And a very good one at that. This evening it was screened to a packed crowd in California.
