How does the gift get to them?
By email. Either right away or on a date you pick. They click the link, sign in (or sign up), and their year starts.
Does it auto-renew?
No. One year, one charge, no surprise bill. If they want to keep going after the year, they can pick a paid plan themselves.
What if they're already a Stab member?
We tack the 12 months onto their current membership. Their end date just moves up a year.
Can I add a physical gift card?
Yes. Checkout offers a printed Stab card shipped from the Stab Store, on top of the digital gift.
What if they never open the email?
The link works for 12 months from the day you buy it. We nudge them at the 30-day mark if it's still sitting in their inbox.
Refunds?
Full refund as long as they haven't redeemed it. Once they're in, normal subscription terms apply.
